A kind Virus seem to be spreading all over Orkut.
It notice it around 7:30 PM PST. it will send the same message to all the active contacts in your friends list. And again recursively spreads the same message to their friends too. I have no idea until I got a message from my friend asking me what does that mean.
But I think it blocks out the scrapping script of orkut, once u get that message we will not be able to scrap others manually. Please friends delete it at the earliest, it may avoid it from spreading further.
It also notes down the active time on your system when scrapping.
I think Orkut must take a strict action against such things.

Yea it happened to me too...and now if I try to make any change in my account settings I get a message like
"You have temporarily been disallowed from performing this action. Please try again after some time."

I even got the same junk from other frnds. My frnds getting same from my profile. Orkut on spam.

The problem is it doesn't allow us to scrap further. I think the hacker has found a bug in the Scrapping script of Orkut.

but I don;t think as the link says "as password theft" can be achieved any way people who want to be virus safe and scared of such attacks can still follow that link :) He is just blocking the JS there nothing more than that.
